The first step is obtaining information on your current bookkeeping and accounting. We will schedule a consultation call to discuss the scope of work you do and future business plans.
During the first few months there will be monitoring from our team of specialists and your management team. Once management and employees are trained we will start managing your accounting functions independently. Timelines will be scheduled for monthly reporting and all other deliverables.
Choose a bookkeeping/accounting package for your business. An agreement is created with terms of service. Upon submitted agreement, we schedule an onsite visit to view your current bookkeeping/accounting system.
